Development and Production:

JHC produces and develops specs based on the client's need using nationally recognized resources including AIA Masterspec, CSI SpecText, and the UFGS US Government Uniform Facilities Guide Specifications.

JHC will prepare or assist in Bidding Documents, Contract Documents (General and Supplementary Conditions), Division 1 General Requirements, and AIA or CSI construction and contract administration forms.

MASTERFORMAT 2004 

The New MF 04 is now released and conversion of the current 16 Division construction specifications format is now moving forward to the new 49 Division format. JHC provides complete and comprehensive conversion of your current office master specifications to the MF 04.  During this conversion, JHC services can provide other partial or complete updates to your master specifications or will develop a complete new office master suited and tailored to your specific types of projects. JCH can also set up automated specification editing processes for efficient editing and production.
